Donald Joseph Qualls better known by the DJ Qualls stage name DJ Qualls was born in the US. He is a producer, actor and model. After gaining fame through his role in Road Trip he has since played in more than 20 feature films including The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. Alongside appearing on Breaking Bad Supernatural, Scrubs and The Lost Law & Order as well as numerous others. Qualls has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 14, and has battled the disease ever since. It was remissioned two years later. Treatment was carried out so quickly that it had a significant impact on the body and slowed his growth. Because he was a child of poor circumstances, he was determined to be financially secure. He stated, "I've been living so cheap for so many years and I'm desperate for to have financial security, otherwise my life will feel out-of-control for me."
